    Only complaint is you cannot proceed straight to a car you must go through a desk clerk. I am a very loyal National customer.

    Shortly after dropping off our car, our flight was canceled due to fog. We had to get home to Toronto, so decided to drive to Victoria for an alternate flight.

    The manager gave us a great deal on the extended rental, one-way drop. She also provided accurate guidance on how much gas to buy, and directions to the off-site location at the Victoria airport.
