    I only needed to get a new tire & tube in a pinch and what I got back was a perfectly working bike with all the annoying little details fixed, exceptional service, and friendly laughs... For an excellent price! This isn't your average bike shop, it really is "special" :) Thanks for going above and beyond!

    Had a fantastic experience with Simon's today. They solved a problem with my bike that has been haunting me for 4 years that other shops could not seem to solve. Not sure what they did, but the problem has been fixed and I am a very happy guy. Customer for life now!
